By accessing or using Sprout, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Sprout provides a game server management panel that allows you to deploy, manage, and monitor game servers on your own hardware or nodes. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including any servers deployed through the platform.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service or help anyone else do so. This includes attempting to access the service through unauthorized means, interfering with the service's operation, or using the platform to host illegal content or activities.

5. Your Hardware

Sprout connects to nodes (servers) that you provide and control. You are solely responsible for the hardware, its maintenance, security, and any costs associated with running your nodes. We are not responsible for any data loss, hardware failures, or security breaches on your infrastructure.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance. Refunds are provided at our discretion. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to manage servers through Sprout will cease, but your actual game servers on your nodes will remain intact.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sprout is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to server downtime, data loss, or any issues with game servers managed through the platform.
